    vygis dongle sn/id problem

    hello i need to activate my vygis box to dc unlocker for 1st time
    i in website i enter my dongle id it show error like in picture >

    can sm1 help me how to proceed with registration plz???

    Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. After software finds the dongle web page will also accept it for activation.
