Check if you haven't yet email address related to your paypal account, there is a mail with an unblock link.

It might be so that you get this error because ip address that you connect from has a block, please provide it and we will check it. You can remind your password from the software's server tab "remind password" button.

Forum account is not related to account that you use for logging into the server for unlock. If you never bought credits before, you should buy them as new user then.

If you have purchased credits as existing user, and that account does not belong to you please provide payment details by writing a private message, the we will be able to check it and refund the payment.

No, you made a payment for another dc-unlocker server account that already was created earlier, not for forum account as it is not possible. But thank you for this notice, we will take this into consideration in future web upgrades.
