My credits gone without unlock

Hi,
I was have 10 credits , i use dc unlocker client and finally write unlocked but my modem still locked , how i can get back my 10 credits and unlock my modem

my modem status is now ,

Could you try to check the lock status with wrong (not original ) sim inserted?

Could you try to check the lock status with wrong (not original ) sim inserted?

Yes , i was try 2way ; without sim and with sim

if i put the sim , this message is show at dc client ; Unknown (Invalid SIM lock data)

if i dont put the sim , this message is show at sc client ; unlocked

i think dc-client programme think to unlocked the sim barried but it is totally fail because i still cant use my modem

and i was write dc unlocker zte modem flash with the dc unlocker client programme but still i take same message
