  • got unlock - clicked now what?

update, I noticed I received the 'unblock' message in my hotmail, followed the link and it said I was unblocked. Have been waiting but haven't received any follow up emails and all the web link said was that it was unblocked.
Am I supposed to be getting an email with these server login details? How long does it take? Why doesn't it seem to say anywhere on the main website?

I looked at the credit costs, and was happy to see another device that I own supported in the list. Both the Elevate and my pantech 290 are listed as 'free-unlimited' on the list of necessary costs. Did I even need to buy a credit?

As mentioned, I already got an unlock code from AT&T for this device, I just need to figure out how to apply it to the hotspot. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for software to do this, but I'm just not sure what this software is supposed to be doing or what/how-much I need to get by way of credits to do it, how to get it to function properly, etc.

    Is anyone monitoring this forum?

Write our username that you purchased credits for and e-mail that you check.

Unlock is not free. Free unlimited only for mass unlockusers - for users tha thave dongles - hardware key to dcžunlockr software.
How much credits ulock needs you can find here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user...uy/user_prices

Sorry, dc-unlocker doesnot have function to enter unlock code for these device. We only provide unlock by using dc-unlocker software.

      update

OK, update - I purchased a credit after reading a post that said it gave you a username and password if you did. I got the 'unblock' email both at the email I set up my account with here and the email attached to my paypal account and followed the link on both and both said it was 'unblocked' but I have as of yet to receive any username or password for the software.

I also noticed that there was a list on the website of the devices and the 'costs' and it says 'free/unlimited' for the Elevate 4G device I have. (I also noticed it lists a pantech device as 'free/unlimited' which is a nice bonus - if i can ever get this thing to work)

How many credits should I have bought? Is 1 sufficient to unlock this device? Did I need to buy any seeing as how it claims to be free/unlimited? How long does it take to get a username/password response? Is spray-cheese really made of cheese? really?

      EDIT:
OK, I noticed someone responded while I was typing that most recent message so ignore these two questions...
re: Is this going to require the code I got from AT&T at all?
re: Is anyone monitoring this forum?

(but I do still want to know about cheesewhiz)

Ah ok, found the list of the credits needed and bought what it says I need for both devices. (10 for the AC754S from Sierra and 7 for the pantech, 1 credit from first purchase and 16 the second)

So are you saying I use the username as the user and the email as the password?

No, I am saying write me username that you entered when were purchasing credits (you had to enter it as you can not buy without entering it) ad e-mail that you entered (password should be sent to that e-mail ater payment comleted).

Try to check in spam folder, maybe e-mail went there.
If that will not help, try to use remind password function from dc-unlocker software.

Cool! That worked to get me a new password. You might want to add a comment somewhere on that device... When you install the diver for it so the computer will recognize it, it tries to connect to it as it's network link when you plug the USB into it. This meant that DC Unlocker fails when it tries to check with the server to verify you have appropriate credits.
It was necessary for me to go into the windows settings to disable the Pantech tether device in the network adapters for DC-unlocker to be able to access the server over my other net connection.

OH shoot, I just noticed that the pantech device you guys support is the UMW190VW and mine is apparently UML290VW. Are you guys going to be adding support for the other device at all? If not can I get a refund for the other 7 credits I added?
