Then it means you make a mistake while entering your username/password. If you do nto remember password of yours (as iti s not the same as for forum account) then open dc-unlocker software and in Server tab click "remind password button" to renew your password.

No blocks on your username, please let us know ip address that you make connection from as it might have a block on it.

There were too many incorrect login enters, so you got blocked on the system. Now unblocked you and connection should be successful.
