Payment made but credit Not appeared in Account

Hello admin,
A friend told me about your good service and how he uses your service so i decided to try it today to unlock a huawei phone .I purchased 10 credit into my account...Transaction was successful i activated my account through the email and everything but after i tried to unlock phone there wasn't credit in my account,will be very glad if this issue is resolved

Your payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.
