Trying to unlock Option - iCON 210, received access denied !Error code 17

I would like to unlock my surfstick Option - iCON 210 (GI0210)

However, i get the message:access denied !Error code 17
Can you kindly help ?

After entering the username and password that i received after credits purchase, i was able to unlock the device but i could not "enable all bands".
I get message: Enabling all bands ...
Write to port error !
Any suggestion or advice from your kindself ?

Have you tried to restart device/reconnect it to pc and then repeat procedure? MAke sure no other processes are running related to your device.

Yes, i did as per your guidance. Restarted computer too. Stiil i get the same message: Enabling all bands ...

Do you think i should have done that first before unlocking the device because then i had credit. Now after unlocking the device my credit balance is zero. Could this be the reason? ( Enabling all bands does not require credit as per info on your site.)

Try to restart and repeat. Also, it may be that other bands can not be enabled on this device thats why you may received error. Also, are you sure that you need this?
