How do I get my credentials?

I've just payed for 7 credentials, and I received a message saying that I should contact you. This is my order id: 46G34857DD734684H. How do I get my credentials so I can unlock my device?

Payment received, account created. Username and password should be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
If you have lost or forgotten or did not receive* your password, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
