    The software faild completely in tying to unlockmy Nokia booklet

      Restart the computer, detect modem and do unlock again. 0 credits is not a problem. You can unlock same modem without credits. After restart dc-unlocker will take other unlock method and must unlock your modem.

        I am still requesting a refund

        I no longer have the computer, the software did not work and the instucions were very poor. Please issue a refund ASAP.

          Sorry, can not do refund. Credits are spent. Unlocking this modem needs restart and after restart it had to work. I see no other attempt to unlock. You did not try unlocking it again. Sorry, can not do refund.

            Please send me the program again

            As I stated in the previous post. I no longer have the computer. It was replaced with another one of the same model because of hardware problems.

            If you are unable to issue a refund, please make the program available to me again so I canrun it on my new computer.

              After discussing it here, we decided that refund can be done. We can do a refund or we can add credits for other modem too. Which way do you choose?
