Tried to byy 7 credits via paypal but thought i should create a new username. Is the username the same name as on the paypal account? In that case I did wrong. Should I retry or will it any way be charged ?

You set your username on the first page (payment registration) here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy in the field "User name". If you have never bought credit before you need to choose "new user" from drop down menu.
