we have already received the password but unfortunately the account does not have credits on it, it has 0 (zero) credits on it even before i used it.
i cannot unlock my huawei device, this is so upsetting.

Your payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.
