To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.
Check payment we will be able to refund only after we receive payment. Contact us after you get the credits bought by e-check.
