i never had to use a username or password yet on my dongle

You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

If you are dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle user, then just connect it to pc, launch dc-unlocker software, and then in server tab click check login as dongle users does not require to enter anything in username/password fields (they are greyed out and inactive when such dongle is detected).
