Account locked mail verification

Hi,
after recharging new credits the program says that account has been locked waiting for mail verification. What can I do?

NOTE:I'm unable to contact you with chat? It is always says that the chat is offline and I may leave the message in a forum...

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

Was unable to find the mail, as I used different account in the website than with paypal!
And I was looking in the mail I've used during the account creation, as the paypal's I'm using only for payments.

If possible, it will be helpfull to indicate this in the error message.
