Account blocked

My deal is through someone else's paypal account. I have not received your activation e-mail users.

I have received the e-mail which have my username and password.
But it said that "your account is temporary blocked. Please check payer Paypal e-mail for further instructions."

Then i check the Paypal e-mail, it said "it may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in your account."

And then I check my Original Transaction of Paypal, it shows that the Payment To DC-Unlocker is Copleted.
But my account still be blocked.

Could you please unlock me manually?

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. Not the e-mail you received password. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

I check the e-mail and the spam folderuse for paypal again , but i still can not find the e-mail form dc-unlocker that instructions how to unblock your account.
And my Paypal Original Transaction shows that the Payment To DC-Unlocker is "Copleted".
