How long i must wait for email with username and password after successful payment ?

I get 7 credits, i paid successful at 12:26 I get two emails, one from paypal that payment was ok, and second from [email protected] titled: PayPal Validate with link to confirm:

For unblocking your account, please confirm that this is payer paypal.

I click, and i get that info Your account unblocked successfully. nothing else, still i don't receive password and username

Any ideas when can be sorted out ?
