I bought 7 credits as a new user, chose a user name and paid for my credits but i cant log in on the dc unlocker software and cant use my credits THAT I PAID FOR!!!!!! What do i do? this is really pissing me off i have now wasted hours of my time and spent money and this stupid crap that wont work. If no one can help me i want a refund and ill just pay telstra to do it.

Sir, I bought 2 time 7 credit
but only one has done
I only got credit from the second bought

First :

according to the image, it's definetly use with dc-unlocker website because it's through the https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy with paypal and the Name/Email in that image is refering to UAB Digiteka, same with which I received from second payment which success
and for blocked, I don't do anything after unlock my zte MF90, im closing the app after confirming my zte unlocked.

I said "Providing Manual STATUS of refund", not refund itself.
