I purchased 7 credits and trying to unlock the ZTE-MF821 modem. I can connect to the server and displayed my available credit is 7, but when I try to unlock, a message prompted and it said my account is blocked or waiting for email verification, I didn't receive any verification email, so what I can do?
I finally managed to activate my account and used the Unlock function to unlock my ZTE MF821, all my 7 credits were used up, however, after the system said unlock successful, I connect the modem again but the status is still locked, please advise how to fix the issue or refund the credits to me to retry the unlock function again.

Did you restart modem after unlock?
Also, if you think your modem was not unlocked, you can repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.
Thanks! The modem is unlocked now. However, for the connection manager client software had hardcoded the APN setting which is not compatible with my current carrier, is there any way to change the APN setting or is there any generic connection manager client software that I can download?
