    despite entering correct user name & password still giving me this error

      Thats most likely because you are trying to login into server with your forum account which is wrong.

      You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

      Let me know your ip address that you are trying to connect from as it is most likely blocked now due too many incorrect login attempts.
