I purchased credit still getting 0 credits too!!

Your payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.

actually I paid using credit card, but I have not received any notification regarding the refund. But it's ok, I'll try to check with the card issuer later. Thanks for the reply.
