I have been going round in circles all day trying to unlock this modem that is locked to telstra.
Your software keeps asking for my user name and password but rejects everything I put in. It has detected the modem and has a error code 63. Can you help please.

Ok, thanks for explaining that. I have another question, when I get the code how do I use it. I have tried plugging in my usb with a competitor's sim inside and I have been told that this should then make a box pop up asking for unlocking code, but absolutely nothing happens at all, so where does the code go?
