Dongle user insufficient credits

hi. i am Vygis dongle user with ID 0003D585. I want to unlock ZTE MF90. but i got error with insufficient credits. May i know why i still need credit where actually i can get unlimited unlocked for zte MF90 vygis dongle user?

For the information. I am new with dongle. And i just bought it. I succeed unlock two units, but for the third i encounter error insufficient fund.

This dongle does not have dc-unlocker activation on it. If it does not have, then yes, you need credits. Every unlock with dongle that has no dc-unlocker activation needs 15 credits.
