B683 failed unlock , refund required

Hello,

As per the title and my previous post, can i get a refund for this latest transaction of 7 credits please? I have tried many times to unlock this modem and it will not work, I already got a refund a while back for the first time I tried unsuccessfully to unlock this.

We have checked logs of your unlocking attempts, and it seems that the unlock counter is blocked which is the reason for this error that you receive. Unfortunately there is no solution to reset counter for this device, therefore refund for your purchased credits was made.
