    I made a purchase of 10 credits via Paypal to unlock my MiFi 2372 (old I know), but it says insufficient credits, and that I have 0, although I recieved the confirmation email for the payment :/ help please I am without internet on vacation.

    I received a refund and then verified my account. I then had the 10 credits but now I attempted to unlock my device to no avail (as it said did not unlock error code 37), I then rebooted and logged in again and now have 0 credits again :/

      You can restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.
