My last unlock attempt failed - i want refund

Hello there. My username is deepgeorge. I've tried many times to unlock 3G USB Modem Huawei K4201 (IMEI 867637003471167) but without success. And now I see that my credits are -7 and my device is still locked. Please refund my credits or money.

Try to restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.

And now the modem doesn't start at all. DC Unlocker doesn't recognize it neither the Vodafone VMC Software. What should I do? That happens on two separate PC's. I think that the modem is dead. ;(

Go to device manager and locate modem there, might need to reinstall drivers that are in our guide for unlocking huawei k4201.
