vodafone k3806 voice enable failed, refund required please

the device is in your support list, so I buy 4 credits to activate voice function, marked as disabled.... first attempt ended with no response, others in crc error... please refund or give infos to obtain correct voice functions... (furthermore, obviously also mobile partner with voice functions said "failed to start PCVoice service")

Have you tried to reconnect modem to another usb port? Maybe modem was in use - connected to internet during time you've been trying to enable voice for it?

thanks for your prompt reply.... no modem not in use (internet connection via lan & absolutely no software like mp open)
tried to reboot & repeat procedure/ unplugging modem with no success...
usb working correctly, tested after procedure to open mp... internet dial connection ok, but voice functions failed when I try to call (sim is enabled to voice calls )

If possible please paste here detect info of the modem or let us know under what username you have tried to enable voice.

Problem is that this modem is based on ICERA chip therefore enabling voice won't work. Should we add back credits back to your account or check for refund possibility?

Thanks for your support... so there is no way to add voice support to this stick... it is not a firmware but a chipset problem
Please add credits back to my account, I think is faster and with no troubles... I hope next stick I'll be lucky...
By the way, I need a voice enabled (or to enable) stick for my fritz7390, any suggestions?

Credits were added back to dominion user account. Unfortunately but we have solutions to activate voice only for Huawei and Sierra Wireless devices.

Perhaps I posted really bad my last question... I asked about enable voice on huawei sticks so I can put them in my fritz7390... I have also a e173s2 and e1820 but dcunlock said "not supported in current firmware".... suggestions for a huawei stick with "quick&sure" voice enable??

If you get info on detection like "not supported in current firmware", then flashing is necessary with firmware that actually supports voice feature. Unfortunately we do not have list of firmware that are supporting it.
