    If you made a payment via paypal check email box which is registered to paypal account, there will be mail with an unblock link, click it to make your account accessible once again.

      Now I wanna add more credit like first time through Paypal, but it doesn't accept it and refuse my account why

        Check with paypal as we do not see any additional information on our side from what you have provided.
