DC Unlocker credit problem

Hi,I am a new DC Unlocker Dingle user, I have just bought the dongle from Ascogsm.ro and I was told that the dongle comes with free 50credits but I don't have any credits what's wrong?...is there any manual for new users (I am not refering to unlocking tutorials I just need general software tutorials) :

another thing:
1.I have downloaded: dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1084.exe but this program doesn't detect any dongle...this is a program to be used only by users that have no dongle?
2.the s/n written on dongle is different from the one provided by software
3.where are my 50credits promised before buying the dongle

...is there any new user tutorial????

1.1.00.1084.exe is for everyone, users with dongles and with user accounts.
If it can not detect any modem for you then maybe you are detecting it incorrectly? Or maybe modem is not supported that you are trying to detect?
If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
2.It is supposed to be so, always refer of your dongle id that is shown on software if you contact us or ask for any information regarding your dongle.
3.Check with reseller that you bought dongle from about credits. maybe you have purchased "lite" version not a standart one.

What you would like to see in new user tutorial, if it would help in any way to start working for customer we would be glad to make one. As for now it is very simple - Connect your dongle to pc, then in one of the dc-unlocker software login with your dongle and you are ready to start working with it.

2.Where to get user and password for 1.00.1084.exe ?

1. make sure you connect dongle to pc, only then launch software, try to connect it to another usb port if it is still not detected.
2. Dongle users does not have username/password and they do not need it
3. Contact reseller you purchased dongle from to check it
