I need a refund please. I just bought a modem Huawei R206 from Vodafone Romania, and I wanted to unlock it. I have payed trough PayPal 7 Euro to you but when I tried to unlock my modem DC Unlocker said that my modem it is already unlocked, so I still have in your account 7 credits but I have nothing to unlock. My account it is silviu79, and my PayPal account it is [email protected].

You sure it is unlocked? You get correct lock status on dc-unlocker software only when there is invalid sim inside device - in your case not vodafone one, otherwise information that you saw was not valid. Please check it again with invalid sim inside your modem.
Yes, I am very sure because I had test it with an Cosmote SIM, and after I have seen on DC Unlocker that it is already unlocked I had set up the APN and now the Internet its running with Cosmote SIM card.
