It's because your dongle does not have dc-unlocker activation on it and those 15 credits were only demo credits. Check on infinity page regarding dc-unlocker activation on infinity box.
I signed up today and when I run the unlocker client and log in, it says I have 0 credits although I just paid for 10 and that has been confirmed by email and checking my account on line. I have a Novatel MiFi 5792 I am trying to get unlocked and cannot proceed until the credits appear.
