DC Unlocker activation check

I want to buy a second hand Infinity Box, how to check if the box has DC Unlocker activation on it?...as I know al Ininity box users have received 15 free credits for unlock so al inifity users (including the ones who didn't activated their boxes can run latest DC Unloker exe)

Yes they can, but those with 15 credits are demo only - one time test use. After one test unlock all 15 credits will be consumed and activation will be necessary.
