Account blocked after paypal payment

Hi there, I have added credits to my account using paypal but now DC unlock says my account is blocked, I have not received the paypal email to unlock it.
My username is maddawg27

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

I'm a registered user of dc-unlocker and my username is malouda. I have made a paypal payment but when i try to login in dc unlocker i get the message that my account is blocked and i didnt receive the email you are referring to,i checked both in the inbox and the spam folder!!!!please unblock my account.
