You must buy it. But if you do not have Vygis dongle, then it is not worth for you to buy it for trial credits. It really cost more than 15 credits. Trial credits are for user that already have the Vygis dongle.

Check in google. But as I already wrote, if you do notm plan to unlock or repair mobile phones it is not worth for you to buy it for 15 trial credits. 15 credits cost 15 euros. Vygis dongle really cost more than 15 euros.
