Hi. I have the black coloured Telstra Sierra 320u.

I downloaded the latest version of your software, it detects it fine. But it is asking me for a username and a password... of which I have none.

Unless of course I've missed something entirely obvious - what do I do next?

You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.
