Are you sure that dongle is connected, not user account entered?
Sure correct dongle connected? maybe software detected infinity dongle or vygis instead dc-unlocker.

1.I have only DC-Unlocker dongle no other dongles connected
2.I removed the user name and password saved in dc unlocker softawre.
3.The software detects as dongle user in account tab.

Still the same error code and asks for credits.

Please use not beta version - 1084 version, detect modem by autodetect and repeat unlock.
Also, maybe there are modem huawei modems or routers connected to computer at detect and unlock time?

1.I have no other huawei devices connected other than the one to be unlocked
2.I uninstalled the beta and tried with your latest full version. See attachement.
3.I purchased your dongle and shipped to my address with much difficulty thinking that my unlocking will be done smoothly....But things are getting complicated.


Please.....please.....reply soon and clear my problem...please....

I am sorry to inform you that your dongle is INDIA limited, and can not work outside India, can't unlock not indian models for free. You must contact reseller for refund/replace or solving this problem.

I had a conversation on this issue with the reseller, he refuses to do a refund saying it was a mistake on my part that i didn't mention the type of dongle.
But i had no information about various types of dongles nor from DC-UNLOCKER website or that reseller.I was not able to use the dongle for even once.

Now my question is; Can i pay any extra amount to DC-UNLOCKER so that you convert my dongle to universal??.I think its all about provisioning on your server side.

One more request is that please ......please.....do mention clearly on your wesite about the types of Dongle available for DC-UNLOCKER...
