Help recover my credits back, unlock failed but 4 credits is gone....

Dear Sirs..

i tried to unlock Option GTM 328 and at the first attempt it was failed, 2nd attempt is successfull but you cut my credits 2 times... 1 unlock cost 4 credits but my credits was down from 22 to 18 credits left..
