    Hi

    I had bought 7 credits to unlock my ZTE MF190 datacard and I had received a mail containing the username and password. However when I'm trying to connect to the server through the client software, zero credit is shown against my username in the software. Why is it so?

    Could you please resolve this issue ASAP. Listed below is my username. I'm also attaching the screenshot of the client software for your reference.

    I kindly request you to please respond with a solution the above post. This looks bad to wait so long for a support issue even after making a payment.

      Credits are not added because your payment is refunded. Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
