problem detect vygis key

Please help me with vygis key is no longer identified by dc-unlocker server , serial vygis key 0001DCEE ....

Be sure that you connect Vygis dongle before starting dc-unlocker software.
Check if all Vygis drivers are installed.
Be sure that you do not use Vygis with other software at time when you want to use it with dc-unlocker.
Disconnect other dongles/unlock boxes before starting dc-unlocker and connect only Vygis.
Try other usb port.
