Error code 61

I bought one credit on on dc-unlocker, and when I tried to unlock my modem zte mf 190 telma madagascar. It is told that

Insufficient credits !
Error code 61
unlock failed !

Can you tell me how much credits do I have to by to unlock this mode.

NOTE: TELMA sell this modem for $10 only.
