Hi,

I have a Huawei EC152 I want to unlock.

I purchase 2 credits and input username and password into dc software.

It states the following below.

Please advise what is wrong and how I can rectify it.

unlock code:

ple unlock Huawei EC152....

Make sure you are using account details that were sent to you after purchasing credits not the forum details as these accounts are not the same, also there can not be any spaces between or after username/password. EC152 requires 4 credits for unlock.
