awaiting email for DC unlocker

HI Team,
I registered my username grantsmith82 along with purchase of 7 credits. but yet to receive the details (password) for the DC unlocker app to unlock my device
I have also registered on the forum (same username) grantsmith82 and received the activation email already and activated.. however I really need the email with the dc unlocker password as need
to urgently unlock my device
