buy 7 credit from debit card but money returnd why?

i purchare 7 credit dc unlocker, debit card sucessful bt after few min i got mail that refund money back why ? And taken my 7 credit back and now it showing u hve 0 credit ? Why ? What wrong ?

We can not return credits into your account, payment for them was refund, you just wrote it yourself. Your payment reached us but it was refunded, this happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. Login to your PayPal account to see why it has unverified status.

Problem might be related to credit card as well check with paypal if it is compatible for international transactions.

my paypal account is already verified and i buy online credit card online international etc i never face any problem, its problem with dc unlocker payment i guess not mine, can u please take a look the problem ? Or should i try again to buy 7 credit and u again refund the money

Sorry it is not related to us, this can be resolved only with paypal. Contact them to check more about this problem.
