Support till : 11/15/2014

i purchased this key on April 2014
but y it showing this support till 11/15/2014 i cont understand this ur saying one year from the purchase and y its showing like this can u tell me plz

who purcahsed before 2011 and 2012 they r up now enjoying the support
who purchased in 2014 r going to suffer what is this sirrrrr.

first activity of unlock from that day the key support will start but i started my activity on 2014-04-05 but y ...

1 year free support applied only for new dongle users, that will start using their dongle now (after dongle support option was released).. Yours like everone elses that purchased it in 2014 (before support release), support will end 15/11/2014 (day/month/year).
