account blocked why?

my dc-uncloker yvgis account blocked, i activate it 1year support but cant use why.

block again, i open it once only i press check login to verify my account working or not then software close and i cant use it again it say BLOCKED.. why is there any problem with my account, pc or my dongle?

No block on your dongle. If you still receive this message, please write ip address that you use for connecting to server. Then we would be able to check more.
