    1. Dongle id/sn
    2. to what email it was registered
    3. what were the last devices that you unlocked with this dongle
    4. how many credits were left in it?
    5. maybe you can provide any imei number of device that was unlocked by this dongle?

    After you provide this info we can block your dongle.
