Haven't got log in credential email

Hi so I purchased 7 credits to unlock a Sierra card about 20 mins before posting this thread and I haven't got the email with my user name and password. the whole system seems very confusing TBH ( Just my opinion) My username I used was Edexcel7

No payments yet reached us under username "Edexcel7" i can see it though as unfinished payment through HiPay, therefore you should check with them for further information for which reason your payment was not completed.

I don't know the whole HiPay thing is so complicated and confusing to use. Can you please be kind enough to help me and atleast tell me what I should be looking at clicking? HiPay does not have a tollfree number either which would be faster. I can log in to my wallet but I don't know where to go from there.

I sent them an email explaining my situation and what I got was an automatically generated reply in FRENCH! SO THAT I WON'T BE ABLE TO READ IT AND KNOW WHAT IT SAYS HiPay is honestly the worst! Such a waste of time I wasted so much time on this with them.

Sorry but we do not have support for other services. You should try using translator of google to translate the message that you received, maybe it will explain more for you.

Update: Sorry for all the posts my adapter is: Seirra Wireless AirPrime EM7700 I think it's 10 credits to unlock this adapter, which I think I currently have in my account. However I'm getting an error code: 372 Now and it says access denied (too many incorrect logins)

Hi Thanks for all the help the Tablet works flawlessly now on 4G however when unlocking the card on dc unlocker I saw an option saying activate voice. What does that do? Allow me to make calls? Should I keep it activated?

You can try to. Though we won't be able to guide further for how to use this feature on your device. Activating voice after unlock won't cost any additional credits.
