    hi, paid for credits but did not recieve the credentials required - selected existing user as the delivery option, should I have selected a new user? used my forum id as an existing user, please advise as to how to proceed, was hoping to unlock device today

    As I see you have bought as existing user. If so, you need to use same username and password that you received after first purchase.
    If it was first time when you purchase on this username then you made mistake and filed someones else account.

    Send e-mail to [email protected] with payment details and what username you would like to have and we will create you new account and provide password there.
