DC unlocker fails with 'forbidden process detected'?

I have reset a 760s and it has relocked. When I go to unlock it again, it shows 'forbidden process detected'.

Please turn off any monitoring software that is running on PC, if you are not aware what software it is then you should try to unlock device from different pc, block was removed now, but it will be same if you won't turn that program off.

Why does that matter? I use tools for network admin, why should I have to remove them?

You should not remove just make sure it is not running while working with DC-unlocker program.
