Please write what username you purchased credits for, then we would be able to check more.
Also, be sure that you check correct e-mail. Try to check in spam folder, maybe e-mail went there.
Can try to use recover password function in dc-unlocker software. E-mail with password will be resent.

how can I get the credit redirected to my personal account (marcodynamics). More so, I credited my account yesterday and made an attempt to unlock the modem with 4 credits, but to no avail. it wasn't successful and am left with one credit now, which is insufficient for the task. hope I get the credit refunded to my account (marcodynamics).

Need to flash to other firmware before can unlock it. Flashing and unlocking same device again will not require credits and will be able to repeat without taking credits.

Detect device with both com ports (diagnostics and application) they are visible in device manager, then can unlock modem successfully.
