Your modem runs customized firmware, you could try to flash it to generic one, but you would be risking to damage device and we won't be able to help to repair it.

Credits added back to your account. Note that credits used for flashing can not be added back or refunded. You also risk to damage the device and we do not repair them, use it your own risk if you decide to flash. Flashing requires 4 credits.

Flashing firmware for same device that you lost credits on during unlock won't require new credits, can do with 0 in your account, just log in with that same account that you have tried to unlock it with.
